Everyone needs 0.8 grammes of protein per day for each kilo of body weight. If you exercise regularly, you need 1.6 grammes of protein per kilo of body weight. The MKBM Casein Protein Vanilla contains 24.4 grammes of protein to support the build-up, growth and retention of muscle mass. Protein also prevents muscle breakdown with a low-calorie diet. Use and dose

You can prepare the protein-rich shake by following these 3 steps.

1. Choose your MKBM Casein Protein Shake: Vanilla or Banana
2. Mix 35 grammes of the Casein Protein with 300 ml of water or (plant-based) milk in the Shake cup
3. Shake the cup and enjoy.

1 scoop is +/- 17.5 grammes. Maximum intake is one portion. Excessive use will result in a laxating effect.
