1e week: use 1/2 scoop MSM per day
2e week: use 1 scoop MSM per day
3e week: use 1.5 scoops MSM per day
The dose you use in the third week can be continued for the remaining period of use.
Do not exceed the daily maximum.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are vital. Food supplements should not be used a substitute for a varied diet.
