Sukrin's Universal Baking Mix allows you to make a variety of cake recipes. Enjoy tasty, sugar-free baking!
If you want to prepare a basic cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C
2. Mix 4 eggs, 150 ml water and 100 ml oil together. Add the baking mixture and beat until the batter is smooth
3. Add your chosen flavoring, pour into a greased and lined 24cm cake pan, or other baking pan
Bake for about 35 min.
When you bake cupcakes, they must be in the oven for 20 minutes.
Storage instructions: keep cool and dry.
