Vitals Vitamin C powder in the buffered form of magnesium ascorbate is suitable for people who are less tolerant to ascorbic acid. Because magnesium ascorbate is less acidic than ascorbic acid, it gives virtually no gastrointestinal problems. If a higher intake of vitamin C is desired, it is therefore best to opt for a non-acidic form such as magnesium ascorbate. In addition, this product has the advantage that it contains 130 mg of magnesium per measuring scoop, which can be useful if supplementation with magnesium is also required.
Vitamin C powder is also suitable for people (or children) who have difficulty swallowing tablets. The amount of powder can be adjusted to personal needs by means of the enclosed measuring scoop.

Take 1/2 to 1 level measuring spoon (2.5 ml) per day with a meal or as advised. Mix with water (preferably) or with another liquid. Consume immediately after preparation.
Use within 4 months after opening.
Note: This product is sensitive to moisture and can therefore slightly discolour or clump over time (by opening the packaging each time). However, this does not adversely affect the quality of the product.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect; if necessary, you can supplement this product with calcium ascorbate to achieve the desired vitamin C dosage.
