You can return your product(s) within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, and if they meet all the return conditions, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanging items is not possible. This means that you cannot return a product and receive a replacement product in return. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your purchase and place a new order on the website.
You can download a return label through the Track & Trace link (received via email) to return your package. You will need the order number, which can be found on the packing slip and in your order confirmation email. If you ordered through Bol.com or Decathlon, please only register your return in their portal.
Conditions for returns:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product is unused and unopened.
Products that cannot be returned:
- Opened packages.
- Damaged products.
- Products with broken seals (for health and/or hygiene reasons).
- Digital and online products.
