Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, becoming a member of The Inside Out Club is completely free. You create an account and you're in.
What are Glows?
Glows are our points. You earn them with orders, reviews, invitations and more, and redeem them for a gift or discount.
How do I choose my gift?
Log in and open your cart. If you have 750 Glows or more, you choose your gift there: the Beauty bag, the Drybrush or the Coffee Eye Serum. The gift comes free with your order, while stocks last.
Can I also choose a discount?
Yes. In your cart you see both the gifts and the discounts. You choose whichever you prefer.
Do my Glows expire?
Your Glows stay valid as long as you're active. If you don't earn or redeem any Glows for 12 months, they expire. You'll receive a reminder about this beforehand.
Do I also get Glows for a critical review?
Yes. You get Glows for every honest review of a product you bought from us, positive or critical.
How does inviting a friend work?
You get a personal link. If your friend orders from us for the first time via that link, she gets a welcome benefit and you get 1,000 Glows.

Je Glows blijven geldig zolang je actief bent. Verdien of wissel je 12 maanden lang geen Glows, dan vervallen ze. Je krijgt hier vooraf een herinnering over.
Krijg ik ook Glows voor een kritische review?
Ja. Je krijgt 300 Glows voor elke eerlijke review over een product dat je bij ons hebt gekocht, positief of kritisch.
Hoe werkt een vriendin uitnodigen?
Je krijgt een persoonlijke link. Bestelt je vriendin via die link voor het eerst bij ons, dan krijgt zij €5 korting en jij 1.000 Glows.
