Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method with which the order was placed.

Shipping costs

As of now, our shipping costs are €6.95. Due to the sharp rise in transport, fuel and logistics costs, shipping rates have increased considerably in recent years. Despite this increase, we do not pass on all costs and we still cover part of the shipping costs ourselves.

Return costs

For processing a return we charge €6.95 return costs. This amount is automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Exchanges

Items cannot be exchanged. Would you like a different product? Then return your current order and place a new order via our webshop.

Return conditions

Your return will be accepted when:

• The product is unused and/or unopened.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• For clothing, the hygiene strip is still intact.

Products that cannot be returned

• Opened products.

• Damaged products.

• Products whose seal has been broken (for hygiene and health reasons).

• Digital and online products.

We advise you to keep the Track & Trace code of your return shipment until your return has been fully processed.
