Shipping and delivery

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Once we've processed and shipped your order, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Keep an eye on this Track & Trace code to know when you'll receive your order.

Nothing is as important as delivery time. That's why we strive to have your order delivered to your home the next business day.

Package

If you place your order on a business day before 11:00 PM, your package will be delivered the next day. If you place your order on Sunday before 9:00 PM, it will be delivered on Monday.

Pre-orders

Sometimes an item can be pre-ordered. This means it won't ship immediately, but only when it's in stock. When you add the item to your cart, you'll see the estimated shipping date. Please note: the shipping date for a pre-order is always subject to change.

Postage costs

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €5.95. Orders over €150 receive free shipping within the Netherlands. In addition to shipping within the Netherlands, we also ship internationally. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

We work together with PostNL, DHL and DPD for the delivery of all our packages.
