Shipping and delivery

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Keep an eye on this Track & Trace code to know when you will receive your order.

Nothing is as important as delivery time. That is why we aim to deliver your order to your home the next working day.

Parcel

If you place your order on a working day before 11:00 PM, the parcel will be delivered the next day. If you place your order on a Sunday before 9:00 PM, it will be delivered on Monday.

Pre-orders

Sometimes an item can be ordered as a pre-order. This means it is not shipped immediately, but only once the item is in stock. When you add the item to your cart, you will see the estimated shipping date. Please note: the shipping date of a pre-order is always subject to change.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 6.95. From € 80 you receive free shipping within the Netherlands. In addition to shipping within the Netherlands, we also ship orders internationally. The rate is calculated at checkout.

We work with PostNL, DHL and DPD for the delivery of all our parcels.
