The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 3.95. In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship orders to Belgium, Germany and France. Other shipping costs are charged for shipments to Belgium, France and Germany.

Nothing is more important than the delivery time. That is why we strive to deliver your order to your home the next working day.
If you order your order before 17:00 on a working day, the package will be delivered the next day. When you order your order on the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you order your order before 22:00 on a working day, the package will be delivered the next day. If you order your order on Saturday before 5 p.m., your order will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5:00 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We ship orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
Yes, you can assume that your order has been received in good order. The order confirmation may have ended up in your spam. When in doubt, you can always send an email to email@example.com.

You can return your purchase within our return period. Exchange is not possible at www.MKBMshop.com. What we mean by this is that you cannot return a product and immediately order a replacement product. If you want to exchange, you can return your purchase and place a new order in the webshop.
www.MKBMshop.com uses a return period of 14 days. This means that from the moment you have received your order, the return period of 14 days starts.
Conditions for returning
1. The product is in the original packaging.
2. The product has not been used and unopened.
3. Products that you cannot return:
- Opened packaging;
- Damaged products;
- For reasons of health protection, products with broken seals cannot be returned;
- Digital and online products.

The return costs are for your own account. This means that you pay the costs for sending your return yourself. We advise you to keep your Track & Trace until your return has been processed.
