Article 1. Who is responsible for the processing of my personal data?
Mykillerbodymotivation BV (also known as 'MKBM', 'MKBMshop', or 'MKBM Publishing'), located at Verrijn Stuartweg 3-E, 1112 AW Diemen, is responsible for the processing of data as described in this privacy policy.
When does this privacy policy apply?
This privacy policy applies to all personal data that MKBM processes from anyone who has ever contacted MKBM, such as our visitors, customers, and business contacts. MKBM also includes the following websites and applications:
What are (special) personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be traced back to you as an individual, such as your name, phone number, address, or email address. Data like your IP address or MKBM customer number is also considered personal data. Other data that is unique to you, such as your MKBM order history or browsing behavior, is also considered personal data.
Special personal data is information that identifies you. Think of your height or weight. MKBM does not process or store special personal data.
Whose personal data do we process and how do we obtain this data?
We process the personal data of everyone who has (had) direct or indirect contact with MKBM, such as (business) customers and partner contacts. We receive this data directly from you when you visit our website, create an account, sign up for a membership, enter into a partnership, and provide certain information, or when you contact our customer service. In some cases, we receive your data from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address. We may also receive data from other parties, but only when you have given them permission to share certain data with us.
What data do we process from you, what do we use it for and how long is it stored?
Data for processing your order
If you order something, sign up for a membership, or enter into a partnership, we need certain information from you to deliver your order and keep you updated about it. This information is also required for any returns or repairs.
For this purpose we collect your name, email address, delivery address(es), payment details and your telephone number.
The data is necessary to fulfill the agreement you have with us (or one of our sales partners). By law, we are required to retain the data related to your order for seven years.
Data in your account
We store the following information in your personal account: your name (delivery and home/office address(es), phone number, email address, date of birth (if provided), and payment information. We also store your order history, including selected delivery options, and any digital products and memberships you have purchased. It's our customer promise to make life easier and more enjoyable for our customers. That's why we store the information in your account for as long as you are an active customer. If you haven't logged in for seven years, we will delete all your information. You can also request to have your information deleted at any time by sending an email to klantenservice@mykillerbodymotivation.com.
Information about your contact with customer service
We can help you more quickly next time by saving your information. We also keep notes about your customer contact for as long as you remain an active customer.
Newsletter
We regularly have special offers and news that we'd like to share with you. We'd love to share these with you through our newsletter, which you'll receive in your inbox. With your permission, we can send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

We may show you ads on other websites. This is based on your previous visits to our websites and the websites of third parties. Data for competitions and promotions

Pay afterwards
We offer the option to pay later with Klarna. Klarna can check your creditworthiness.
Social media
We share contests and results of MKBM's achievements on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. When we share a post about your achievement, we tag the person in the photo. We will always ask your permission first. MKBM does not have access to your social media account. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of the social media platforms you have an account with to understand how your data is used and how you can adjust your settings.
Who is your data shared with?
Logistics partner
To process your order, we work with an external logistics partner for fulfillment and parcel delivery. This partner receives your customer number, order number, email address, name, and delivery address to ensure they can process your package correctly.
Other external service providers
We also engage other external service providers to assist us with various matters. Sometimes, they also require personal data for this purpose. We only share the data necessary for the assignment the external service provider is performing for us. We do not sell your data to these service providers or other third parties for commercial purposes. The types of work our external service providers perform for us include:
- supporting the delivery of our digital services such as hosting, maintenance and support of our websites and applications;

- supporting our advertising and marketing campaigns;
- supporting customer research and obtaining ratings and reviews;
