Use and dose

With the help of the step-by-step plan below, you can give yourself a cup massage.

1. Apply an ample amount of oil to your skin
2. Spread the oil out evenly
3. Choose the right size cup (the larger the cellulite zone, the larger the cup)
4. Firmly press the top of the cup with both thumbs
5. Place the cup on the skin and make sure it suctions well on the skin
6. Move the cup across the skin with circular and zigzag motions
7. Start with 1 minute per zone and slowly build it up to 7 minutes

 Repeat this treatment every other day and gradually reduce to once per week until you have achieved the desired results.
